Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a contact form I can use instead of calling?
No, and that is deliberate. Appliance problems need a short conversation about the model, the symptom and the timing, so we run everything by phone. Call and a person will take the details.
What information should I have ready when I call?
The appliance type and brand, the model number if you can find the tag, a short description of the symptom, and any error code showing. A photo of the code on your phone helps more than a long description.
Where are you located?
Our base is 8630 Horton Highway, College Grove, TN 37046. We serve homes and businesses across College Grove and Williamson County from there.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 7AM to 7PM, Saturday 8AM to 4PM, and our emergency line is answered around the clock for the failures that cannot wait, like a warming fridge or an active leak.
